What we collect
When you request access, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, work email, firm, firm size, and, if you add them, your role and a message. To limit spam, we also keep a one-way hash of the network address the request came from. We never store the address itself.
How we use it
Only to reply to your request and follow up about Allosight.
Where it’s kept
In Allosight’s own database, hosted with our infrastructure providers. Only the Allosight team can see requests, and each one is deleted automatically three months after it arrives.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by sending a request through the form on our home page and saying so in the message.
Who we are
Allosight, the company behind allosight.com, is responsible for these details.
Customers
How Allosight handles a customer firm’s own data is set out in that firm’s agreement with us, not in this notice.
