I spent 16 years in management consulting and systems integration, from consultant to partner. Once I was staffing my own projects, I learned how it really works: skills live in people's heads, and finding the right person takes emails, Teams messages and phone calls.
On one project I needed to meet a client requirement for a team that spoke Portuguese, French and German. The people I knew who fit were tied up with other partners or engagements, so the staffing team wrote to half the firm for a list, and I called partners one by one to check each name. That was one requirement.
I built Allosight so the next person with that request can see who has really done the work, in one place.

What data do you need?
Your people and past projects, as CSV files from your PSA or spreadsheets. More detail makes better matches.
Do we need an integration?
No. CSV files from any system work.
Does our data go to an AI?
Only if you connect your own AI provider. It can read documents like SOWs and suggest picks from a shortlist. Otherwise, everything stays in Allosight.
We already have a PSA. Why add this?
Your PSA shows who is free. Allosight shows who has done this kind of work before, using the history your PSA already holds.
What does this replace?
The spreadsheet, the email chain and the calls to partners it takes to fill one role.
Where is our data kept?
In a secure hosted database, walled off by firm. Your firm's data can be deleted in full.
Can we change how people are ranked?
Yes. You choose how much proof, availability, margin and track record count.
